Antioxidant-Rich Anti-Ageing Juice

1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 cups diced mango
½ cup spinach
¼ cup water
1-2 ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until a thick juice has formed.  If you want a thinner juice, simply omit the ice cubes.

Serve with a few blueberries on top.
