Apple Carrot Smoothie

1 scoop vanilla casein protein
1 carrot, shredded or slices
½ cut apple
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
2 tbsp. dried unsweetened coconut flakes
stevia to taste
1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse blend until desired consistency is reached.
