Why do car exercises? Why not! Anytime you’re moving your body, particularly if there’s some form of resistance, is great for your body.
So whether it’s your own bodyweight, a seat-belt or a resistance band, your body is activating muscles, increasing blood flow and receiving many health benefits.
You can combine exercise and entertainment to make getting in shape fun and enjoyable. Don’t make it a chore, make it a game 🙂
If you’re looking for car exercises while driving, these aren’t them…DO NOT do these exercises in a moving vehicle.
However if you’re looking to have fun exercising without a gym, your car could be the perfect solution… enjoy!
