Carrot and Beetroot Immunity Juice

½ apple
1 medium raw carrot
1 large raw beetroot
1 stick celery
1cm cube fresh ginger

Makes 1 serving

Wash and core the apple.
Peel the carrot, beetroot and ginger.
Juice the apple, carrot, beetroot, celery and ginger in a juicing machine.

Serve immediately!
