Delicious Low Fat Turkey Chili Full Of Fibre!
Looking for a hearty meal that’ll feed your body and soul? Look no further than chili.
While conventional chili can be high in fat and calories thanks to the ground beef that’s used, this version is far healthier.
Instead, we’ve used ground turkey breast, which will still be an excellent source of protein and will keep the calorie count down.
Furthermore, the recipe is also loaded with beans, which will help get your dietary fibre intake up while providing your body with some slow digesting carbohydrates.
Using just a little olive oil, this recipe is relatively low in fat, making it a great option for those who are watching their weight.
Best of all, it’ll freeze well, so make lots to serve at a later time when you need a meal on the run.
