It brings the rejuvenating taste of cucumber along with the creamy texture from avocado, all blended together with some fresh melons for added vitamins.

The avocado will supply the healthy fats along with vitamin E while the melon will bring a hearty dose of antioxidants and vitamin C.

Finally, the spinach adds a wealth of nutrition, giving you vitamin K, vitamin A, iron, and calcium to name just a few.

Cucumber-Lime Smoothie

½ sliced cucumber
¼ sliced avocado
½ cup cubed honeydew melon
1 handful spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3-4 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse blend until the desired consistency is reached.  Serve immediately.
