Healthy Salmon Patties Recipe
1 can Atlantic Salmon, bones and skin removed
1 large egg
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. coconut oil
½ tbsp. fresh or dried dill
2 large romaine lettuce leafs
sliced onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers
Makes 2 Servings
Combine together the salmon, egg, garlic, and dill and then form into two patties.
Heat coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add the patty and cook for 2-3 minutes on one side before flipping and cooking on the other side.
Once finished, place on top of the large lettuce leaf and then top with onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers (or vegetable of choice). Wrap up and serve.
