Lime-Coconut Crusted Prawns
½ kg. raw prawns
¼ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup coconut flour
zest of 2 limes
½ tbsp. chili powder
2 egg whites
Thaw and peel the prawns. In another bowl, combine together the shredded coconut, coconut flour, zest from limes, and chili powder.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg whites and then dip the prawns in the egg whites.
From there, dip them into the coconut mixture and then place them on a hot grill for about 2 minutes per side until cooked. Serve immediately.
