Mango Coconut Protein Shake

¼ cup coconut milk
½ cup water, chilled
¼ cup unsweetened, plain coconut yoghurt
1 cup frozen mango pieces
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp. desiccated coconut

Makes 1 serving

Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy immediately!
