Raspberry, Turmeric and Green Tea Juice

½ apple
½ cup frozen raspberries
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup green tea, chilled
1 tsp ground turmeric
4 ice cubes

Makes 1 serving

Core the apple and juice in juicing machine.

Pour the freshly squeezed apple juice into a blender with the raspberries, lemon juice, green tea, turmeric and ice cubes and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately!
